Chris joined Coltham in 2021 after previously working for SEGRO PLC for 15 years.
Whilst at SEGRO Chris had extensive experience in Asset Management, Leasing and Investment transactions. Since 2009 Chris has been involved in over £4bn of investment transactions across a multitude of commercial asset classes.
Outside of work Chris enjoys spending time with his family and following his beloved Aston Villa.
