Mike formed the company in 1987. He has seen Coltham grow into a well-known established development company. Having built in excess of 2m sq ft of industrial units/commercial buildings in and around Birmingham.
Coltham was set up to produce high specification, efficient buildings to last the test of time.
Mike is a Chartered Builder and has a background of almost 50 years in the construction industry where he has gained invaluable experience in producing sustainable buildings.
Mike is a keen fundraiser for various charities including Breast Cancer Now, Cure Leukaemia, Get A-Head and the British Heart Foundation, holding several posts of Chairman.
Away from the office Mike enjoys golf, travel and watching his favourite football team.
Having four children all now in the surveying world, Coltham has a bright future.
