Simon has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in consultancy and client-side roles.
In his previous role as Head of UK Investment at SEGRO Plc he was responsible for asset recycling, asset planning strategy and portfolio performance in a £6bn portfolio. Prior to this Simon held positions at BNP Paribas and Cushman & Wakefield specialising in Business Space.
When Simon’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, he has recently taken up golf and is a volunteer Governor at St Nicolas’ CE Primary School, Taplow.
