Stuart joined King Sturge on graduating working initially in London and then subsequently in Birmingham. During his 9 years at King Sturge, Stuart specialised in the industrial & distribution sector across the East & West Midlands.
Stuart joined Coltham in 2003 and has been responsible for over 1m sq ft of industrial & logistics developments, together with a variety of projects throughout the office, retail, healthcare and mixed-use sectors.
Stuart has 25 years’ experience in the property and commercial development market, sourcing and securing sites for Coltham throughout the UK. Stuart works particularly closely with occupiers and the repeat business secured with a number of our occupier clients demonstrates the commitment and determination by Stuart to be the solution to satisfy their property needs.
In his free time, Stuart plays golf, is a keen swimmer and spends numerous hours on the side of a football pitch supporting his son.
